Our Business Plans are different, we don’t use templates and every plan we create is unique.

We are aware, on a day to day basis, of what the banks and other institutions want to see in a Business Plan and how they want it presented. The difference with our plans is that they aren’t just produced for raising bank finance, they work with just about every other funder as well AND they also work for you. Providing you with a comprehensive and realistic road map of what you should expect from your business as it progresses.

Another difference is that we don’t expect you to tell us about your business and then we’ll do the rest. Plans like that just don’t work. You will have no idea what’s in them and you’ll never understand how they work.

Instead, we expect you to help us, help you. We will ask a series of questions for you to respond to and with your answers, we prepare the first draft. We then ask more questions and prepare second and later drafts. We’ll need your input for research, we’ll do it but we expect you to help and we need you to help us complete the financial forecasting.

We are very different in our approach to our clients but we produce a product which will give you the best possible chance of raising finance and which will be of value to your business in its formative years.
